Hi, I'm Dominik. While my background is in running a software company in healthcare, my true passion project is hospitality. I'm the proud Superhost (currently sitting at 4.86 stars!) of three unique short-term rentals in the stunning South of France.

Five years ago, I took over my fourth-generation family home to list on Airbnb. While I loved sharing the property, I was completely blindsided by the 24/7 operational headache. I found myself trapped in an endless loop of answering the same repetitive questions: "Why isn't the keybox opening?" "What's the WiFi password?" "Can we check in early?"

On top of the guest messaging, I was constantly chasing my cleaning agency via WhatsApp, always living with the fear that I had forgotten to update them about a last-minute booking.
